Can we change any one person  mind???????

I am trying to search this questions answer but I am unable to find its proper answer I don’t know why. Even I have practically attempted that with my personal life and my experience say it’s impossible to change any one mind. We can change his or her mind only few minutes, hours or days but not forever. The main effect on mind is blindly love something and we don’t try to forget that things. Example ( No one forget his or her first love even other one love him or her more as compare to his or her past that may be lover , mom dad or relative friend love ) May be that become our habit or something else. I am waiting your all ideas how we can change any one person mind please suggest some idea

What is Dream? Waiting for death?

That’s really good to see dreams with closed eyes but if we see dreams with open eyes than its called aim so that’s the little differences. Dreams never success but aim defiantly success but you need to take oath for your achievement in any cost lets know what is dreams

 

What is Dream?

Dreams are a communication of body, mind and spirit in a symbolic communicative environmental state of being. That's it! Now that you are thoroughly confused let me explain in a more down to earth language. Our brains are in constant activity. Different states of consciousness (like awake, asleep, alert, drowsy, excited, bored, concentrating or daydreaming) cause different brain wave activity. Our conscious mind, or the part we think with, our "window" into life, only takes up a very small portion of our brain activity. (Some say this is only 10%) Other areas control things like breathing, heartbeat, converting light to vision, sound to hearing, balance when we walk, etc. etc. This too has its own percentage (small). Another area controls imagination. This area is widely an undiscovered frontier. Imagination is more than dreaming of a new car or picturing someone with their clothes off! When you look at clouds and see shapes or wood grain and see images, this is the "order from chaos" part of your imagination. The mind cannot deal with chaos very well; in fact it will resist it and sometimes manufacture order. (Very important to the dreaming process.)This too occupies a small percentage of brain activity. Then there is memory. Memory is vast! And I believe it occupies more of the brains resources then most people believe.

And then there is the activity called dreaming. I think that to a certain extent, we dream all the time. Even while awake! But the process is functioning in our subconscious mind, out of view from our "window". If defined precisely, they may not be referred to as dreams technically, but the activity is very closely related. During certain cycles of brain activity while asleep, we can "view" these dreams with our conscious mind and record them in our memory.

Just boost yourself with below written thoughts

Some people dream of success... while others wake up and work hard at it.

Stop the habit of wishful thinking and start the habit of thoughtful wishes.

Basic Meditation Techniques

It’s really something different and extra to seem or in to touch in my imagination but I really don’t know what it is. It is just a clean and sharp dreams may be to touch the unlimited sky to take it in hand after????????? It’s called stress

With meditation, your thinking mind becomes quiet. You stop focusing on the stressors of your day or your life’s problems, as well as solving these problems.

You just let that voice in your head be quiet, which is easier said than done. For example, start thinking about nothing now. (It’s OK; I’ll wait.) If you’re not practiced at quieting your mind, it probably didn’t take long before thoughts crept in.

Types of Meditative Techniques:
There are many different ways to meditate. Here I’ll mention some basic categories of meditation techniques so you can understand some of the main options and how they differ from one another. This is not an exhaustive list, but it can give you some ideas.

  • Basic Meditation Techniques: This involves sitting in a comfortable position and just trying to quiet your mind by thinking of nothing. It’s not always easy to do this if you don’t have practice with it. But a good way to begin is to think of yourself as an ‘observer of your thoughts,’ just noticing what the narrative voice in your head says, but not engaging it. As thoughts materialize in your mind, just let them go. That’s the basic idea.
  • Focused Meditation Techniques: With this technique, you focus on something intently, but don’t engage your thoughts about it. You can focus on something visual, like a statue; something auditory, like a metronome or tape of ocean waves; something constant, like your own breathing; or a simple concept, like ‘unconditional compassion’. Some people find it easier to do this than to focus on nothing, but the idea is the same -- staying in the present moment and circumventing the constant stream of commentary from your conscious mind, and allowing yourself to slip into an altered state of consciousness.
  • Activity-Oriented Meditation Techniques: With this type of meditation, you engage in a repetitive activity, or one where you can get ‘in the zone’ and experience ‘flow.’ Again, this quiets the mind, and allows your brain to shift. Activities like gardening, creating artwork, or practicing yoga can all be effective forms of meditation.
  • Mindfulness Techniques: Mindfulness can be a form of meditation that, like activity-oriented meditation, doesn’t really look like meditation. It simply involved staying in the present moment rather than thinking about the future or the past. (Again, this is more difficult than it seems!) Focusing on sensations you feel in your body is one way to stay ‘in the now;’ focusing on emotions and where you feel them in your body (not examining why you feel them, but just experiencing them as sensations) is another.
  • Spiritual Meditating: Meditation can also be a spiritual practice. Many people experience meditation as a form of prayer -- the form where God 'speaks,' rather than just listening. That’s right, many people experience ‘guidance’ or inner wisdom once the mind is quiet, and meditate for this purpose. You can meditate on a singular question until an answer comes (though some would say this is engaging your thinking mind too much), or meditate to clear their mind and accept whatever comes that day.

Three states?

What makes you say that they do not have the three states? In saying "I had a dream; I was in deep sleep; I am awake", you must admit that you were there in all the three states. That makes it clear that you were there all the time. If you remain as you are now, you are in the wakeful state; this becomes hidden in the dream state; and the dream state disappears when you are in deep sleep. You were there then, you are there now, and you are there all the times. The three states come and go, but you are always there. It is like a cinema. The screen is always there but several types of pictures appear on the screen and then disappear. Nothing sticks to the screen. Similarly, you remain your own Self in all the three states. If you know that, the three states will not trouble you, just as the pictures that appear on the screen do not stick to it. On the screen, you sometimes see a huge ocean with endless waves; that disappears. Another time, you see fire spreading all around; that too disappears. The screen is there on both occasions. Did the screen get wet with the water or did it get burned by the fire? Nothing affected the screen. In the same way, the things that happen during the wakeful, dream and sleep states do not affect you at all; you remain your own Self.

Who is I am?

Research of life its seems hard to remember all things all moment u had passed had enjoyed and even you felt sorrow on that moments. No one bound times it’s going in with similar speed (constant). Just if we try to keep our all (happiest and sorrow) moments and save those all for future memory if u do this process regularly. Who is I m?  Dear friend first please try to find answer of this question I hope i ll get more Answer here so write Ur answer
